At Koffie Beans, we want you to love every sip of your coffee. Try any of our products for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the product, and we’ll exchange it for a different blend or provide store credit—it’s your choice.

The Details:

  • Only purchases made on www.koffiebeans.com are covered by this policy. (Orders from third-party retailers such as Amazon are not eligible.)
  • We’ll ship your replacement product to you at no extra cost. However, return shipping back to us is not covered.
  • If you choose store credit, you’ll receive 100% of your original purchase amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
  • Store credit can be used on www.koffiebeans.com within 1 year.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be less than 50% consumed to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • A maximum of two products of two different blends can be returned under this policy.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by us upon request.
  • Return shipping must be handled by the customer.
  • Repeated return requests will be subject to a fraud review before approval.
  • All returned coffee products, even if unopened, are responsibly disposed of in accordance with our quality assurance program.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message via our contact page. Let us know if you’d like an exchange for a different blend or store credit.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you the return address.
  3. Ship the Package: Mail your package to us and email us the tracking number.
  4. Resolution: Once we receive your return, we’ll send you the replacement product or issue store credit within 24 hours.
